With this machines unique single point fixed turning, touch screen programming, angles and even radius’s can be varied by hundredths of a degree. We can tailor a profile to suit individual cylinder head requirements and provide a printout our your seat profile, on request.
Superflow 600 Flowbench	When Newen Valve Seat profiles are tested on this machine, an optimal flow co-efficiency can be reached. Back to back flow testing before and after valve seat profiles are machined on the Newen, results can be measured to obtain an optimal profile.

Installing a torque plate to the block and torquing main caps prior to honing duplicates distortion – so when torquing is carried out during assembly, maximum cylinder seal is ensured.
